PUTRAJAYA, July 27 — A total of 31 Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) and Memoranda of Agreements (MOA) involving 13 strategic fields were signed by 11 Malaysian and Japanese institutions of higher learning during the Malaysian Higher Education Week at Expo 2025 Osaka, from July 21 to July 26.
